Job overview
This new and exciting role joins our team at a pivotal time for job planning in the organisation. You will have lots of opportunity to provide advice and support on job planning for multi-disciplinary staff across the Trust. You will be supporting the maintenance and monitoring of the e-job planning system including training staff. You will be responsible for ensuring that the e-Job Planning system is properly populated with job plans, and that the various stages of job plan ‘sign off’ are completed by individuals within Trust agreed timelines.
We are seeking candidates who have knowledge and understanding of job planning for medical and/or AHP staff. If this role is right for you, you will be customer focused and have the ability to develop good working relationships and personal credibility. You will need excellent prioritisation, planning and communication skills, be pro-active and must have attention to detail. It is essential that you are able to work as part of a team or work on your own initiative.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will act as the e-Job Planning System Lead utilising specialist knowledge of specific systems used by our workforce to undertake annual and in year job plans.
The post holder is responsible for ensuring the system is run efficiently and effectively and quality reviews are conducted in accordance with the quality plans.
The post holder will be responsible in supporting the effective rostering and community scheduling and supporting services and the wider Trust as required across the team.
The post holder will need to have experience of conflict resolution, working with colleagues to deliver time limited outputs and have experience of resolving technical system issues in person and remotely.

Person specification
Education
Essential criteria
- Degree in relevant field, or equivalent level of experience plus specialist knowledge equivalent to post graduate level
- Prince 2 Foundation
Desirable criteria
- Prince 2 Practitioner
- Management and business diploma or equivalent
Knowledge
Essential criteria
- Working knowledge of AHP workforce
Desirable criteria
- Working Knowledge of medical workforce
- Working Knowledge of Allocate e-job plan system
Experience
Essential criteria
- Computer literate including Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience in providing systems training
- Experience in providing system support
- Experience of Conflict Resolution
