An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced pharmacist to join our highly respected team of integrated advanced specialist pharmacists and technicians, providing a dedicated 7-day clinical service to Acute Medicine & expanding SDEC services.
We are looking for a highly motivated, innovative and enthusiastic individual that enjoys the challenge of working in a busy multidisciplinary environment. You will be joining a dynamic team to lead and manage clinical pharmacy services and ensure a high level of clinical pharmacy input to the care of patients. You will have significant clinical experience and strong interpersonal skills, ideally with an independent prescribing qualification or willing to work towards.
